WOVEN HEART
From the Greatest Commandment Lesson Set

Supplies:
Hearts cut from white foam sheets
Hole punch
Ribbon
Glue sticks
Scissors
Paper

Step 1
Using the punched holes located at the top of the heart
and the bottom of the heart.

Step 2
String the ribbon starting at the top and
string it through the hole at the bottom.

Step 3
Then, repeat this process until the face of the heart
is covered in ribbon (vertically).

Step 4
When heart is strung, weave ribbon in and out
using the holes located horizontally on the heart.

Step 5
Write the verse “Love the Lord God with
all your heart, mind, and soul” on the slips of paper.
Slip this paper into the pocket created by the weaving.  

Step 6
Then, add a ribbon loop at the top to hang up the heart.
